Coe Press Equipment has announced the promotion of Linda Rosati to Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations inclusive of operations strategy development, implementation and measurement; employee alignment with company goals; overseeing human resource management and talent development; and developing customer relations.

“Linda’s leadership ability and business acumen quickly became obvious to us when she joined COE in 2014 as Proposal and Estimating Manager,” said President Hunter Coe. “In this new role, we’re confident that she will help us develop our capabilities even further to become a stronger organization within our industry.”

Rosati has extensive experience in working for engineering and manufacturing companies involved in the production of capital equipment.  Prior to joining COE, she worked for Ingersoll-Rand and most recently at Heller Machine Tools, where she was Manager Contract Administration for six years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oakland University (Rochester, Mich.)
