Faster and More Robust

Servo Feeds

COE’s newest generation of Servo Feeds offer increased speed, precision and decreased cost of operation while being more robust and capable of handling thicker materials. Rugged and precise construction of the feed head in combination with high quality components makes these servo feed lines the “best value in the industry”. Based on a modular design, the feeds provide ease of maintenance and the flexibility to reconfigure machine options should a customer’s needs change.

All COE Servo Feeds are designed to work with COE’s advanced ServoMaster™ controls.

Heavy Duty Servo Roll Feeds

COE’s heavy duty servo-driven roll feeds offer increased speed, precision and decreased cost of operation while being more robust and capable of handling thicker materials.

Tailout Feeds

COE offers several different styles of Tailout Feeds, also known as micro-feeders or secondary feeders. Tailout feeders can improve productivity and safety.  These feeders are designed to retract within the safety zone during die change, and then extend out close to the die when the line is running.

Tailout Feeds

  • For blanking and progressive lines
  • Feed rolls telescope over bolster area
  • Minimizes scrap from each coil
  • Available as new or retrofit

Magnetic Conveyor Style Tailout

  • Electro-magnetic conveyors index coil strip
  • Tailout conveyors telescope over bolster area
  • Minimizes scrap from each roll

Overhead Roll Style Tailout

  • For transfer press retrofits
  • Tailout feed rolls positioned at edge of bolster
  • Set-up for continuous running at normal press speed
