COE offers several coil cutting machines and servo shear solutions for cutting continuous coil into blanks, which can be incorporated into our CTL, blanking, or transfer press line systems. COE’s coil cutting machines and servo shears can be built with optional features such as oscillating shear heads to varying angle cuts on a single sheet.
This servo-powered coil cutting machine is designed to significantly reduce maintenance time and costs as compared to a hydraulic shear, as well as providing energy savings and noise reduction. Additionally, the smooth operation of the coil servo shear provides the ability to cut both rectangular and trapezoidal blanks with reliable, repeatable precision at a high production rate.
