COE Press Equipment has announced its new COE-Assurance“On-Demand” service offering to better support customer requirements for keeping their coil processing equipment running at optimal productivity. This new offering promises that all customers will receive a response to their service need within 24 hours or less of calling the COE Service Department.
“No manufacturer can afford a slow-down or equipment down-time,” said COE Service Manager Matt Trethewey, “So our commitment is to keep their coil processing equipment running by providing timely response to all service requests, whether for COE or other manufactured systems.”
Services covered include telephone technical support, shipping of spare parts, or deployment of COE’s fleet of service vans to the customer site for assessment and quick resolution of the issue.
