COE Press Equipment has recently shipped and installed a 36” coil processing line to Broan-Nutone in Tecate, Mexico, a designer and builder of home ventilation solutions. The new line, which will be feeding a Seyi Press, is comprised of a COE Series 3 Servo Roll Feed, a COE 250 Power Straightener and a 6,000# capacity Reel.

The Broan-Nutone feed line is designed to process galvanized steel at 50,000 PSI yield from 8”– 32” wide and .019” to .022” thick, and can achieve a roll speed of 367 feet/minute with a feed accuracy of +/- 0.003”.

The system features the ServoMaster Touch™ Controller, which provides a host of advanced features and easy integration with press controls to provide a complete control system with single point entry for all job specific parameters.
