This new 48-inch coil processing line was engineered to meet the demands of high-volume, high-precision production. Eaton manufactures industry-leading support systems and enclosures for the electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications sectors—where accuracy and uptime are critical.

Full safety guarding and automation support
Built to handle materials like MCRS at 45,000 PSI, the line can process coils up to 0.100” thick and 48” wide, or stainless steel up to 12” wide and 0.067” thick. It reaches a speed of 396 FPM with a tight feed accuracy of +/- 0.003”.
This line runs on Allen-Bradley controls with COE’s IP Indexer technology, offering:
