COE Press Equipment announced that it has recently installed a new press feeding line for Broan-Nutone, North America’s leading supplier of residential ventilation products, at the company’s Tecate, Mexico facility. COE has a long-standing relationship with the company having installed its first Broan-Nutone line in 1989 at the Hartford, Wis., headquarters.
 
The new line, which is feeding a Seyi-America press, is comprised of a 42-in. wide ServoMaster Series 3 Roll Feed with a 42-in. x 8-in. dual threading table, a 3.5-in. x 42-in. power straightener, and a 10,000-lb., 42-in. coil reel. The line can process 40,000 PSI steel coil from 0.20-in to .063-in. thick at a roll speed of 367 feet/minute.
