  • Work Roll Advisor – automates straightener setup
  • Feed Advisor – automates feed setup
  • “On the Fly” feed length micro adjustment
  • Auxiliary Output – enables control of any auxiliary equipment, such as a stock lubricator, scrap shaker, conveyor or other devices
  • Anti-Backup Roller – stops material from falling back into the loop area if roll pressure or drive power is lost
  • Analog Output allows proportional control of the air valve for feed roll pressure and saved to job recipe
  • Roll Forming Tools
  • Stretch Compensation – input a single percentage to adjust for material elongated or stretched by roll mill
  • Sequence Mode – permits processing multi-step jobs of 50 steps/job and 4000 steps of storage
  • Feed Complete Output – signals auxiliary equipment when each index is completed; also well-suited for shear applications

SERVOMASTER controls are also available as a retrofit, and can be implemented as a servo roll feed controller into existing lines in just a weekend for enhanced functionality and productivity.
