After earning a business degree and experiencing other career opportunities, Reid officially joined COE full-time in 2016. However, he has been involved with various areas of the company’s operations since 2011, having served as a member of the board, as an advisor and in the warehouse. Prior to becoming company president he was Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager, responsible for business development of the company’s technical training, preventative maintenance and production support service offerings.
